    I would like to have a few templates which I know well and can easily customize and use for my clients websites. Otherwise, each new template requires time to learn and get familiar with its code.

    Important note – make sure a theme has things like Visual Composer and Templater Addon, which will make it very easy for clients to update the content. Also, for you as the developer, you can easily change the layout of templates even without coding.
