    I want to separate my personal life from my web design business. I am thinking about an LLC. How should I go about that?

    I personally used legalzoom, and the process went very smooth. For about $800 they will help you with everything and even give some free consultations with a lawyer.

    Switching to an LLC is a great idea! If you have no employees, you create a single member LLC, which means the taxation rules are as simple as for an individual.
